Never one to be far from the headlines, Manchester City’s hotheaded striker Mario Balotelli is a rare breed – a footballer that smokes.

City boss Roberto Mancini has stated that he is ok with it and that Balotelli smokes around 5-6 cigarettes a day, Mancini did go on to say that if Balotelli were his son he would kick his arse. There’s a fight that we’d love to see!
