After much speculation, Thierry Henry has finally signed a 2 month loan spell with Arsenal. The deal which will see Henry playing in January and February took longer than expected to complete due to a disagreement over the striker’s return date to current club New York Red Bulls.

The move is a bit of a no-brainer for Arsenal who are in need of a striker while Gervinho is away at the African Cup of Nations.

If Henry is half the player he was in his first spell at Arsenal he’s sure to bag a few goals.
